Plan and conduct the product design cycle from researching, defining user’s problem, ideation, prototyping, usability testing and continuing interactions.
Translating user’s needs and problems into feasible solutions in the form of design deliverables (user flows, user journeys, wireframes, low-fidelity prototypes, high-fidelity prototypes, etc.).
Work collaboratively with the product management and the engineering teams to deliver high usability products.
Communicating design decisions to stakeholders for achieving clear, seamless and desirable digital products.
Actively involved to advocate the importance of human-centered design in digital product developments.
Bachelor / diploma degree in Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, Product Design, or related.
Portfolio showcasing previous design work.
Strong understanding in the human-centered design frameworks (i.e, Design Thinking, Design Sprint, Double Diamond, etc.).
Proficient in using product design/prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.) and able to design the interfaces for both web and mobile (iOS & Android).
Have excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Have high empathy and a passionate problem solver.
Understand front-end development languages and be able to implement design to code (HTML, CSS & JS).
Have experience in the payment industry.
Have experience in planning and conducting UX research (qualitative & quantitative).
